     At an early age, Erin began to define for herself what it means to be “healthy” and realized how multifaceted that notion was. It wasn’t until she discovered her own internal and external strength that she understood to be healthy is a balance between one’s mental and physical states. Empowering others to find that balance, define their own idea of health, and giving them tools to achieve their best self is what drives her passion. 

     Erin was born and raised at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah. After completing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah she continued her education at the Nutrition Therapist Institute in Denver, Colorado, and became a Certified Nutrition Therapist. This was just the tipping point for Erin; where she then received her Level 1 Certification with Nutritional Coaching Institute as a Nutrition Coaching Specialist and became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.   


     Nutrition and exercise are ever-evolving and Erin’s ear is always to the ground. Bio-individuality and personalized training programs drive her custom services with the understanding that there’s no one size fits all.
